About Logos Academy

This Is How Our Story Began
Logos Academy was founded in the year 2015 by Ps. Arnold Rajan who sensed that the Lord was leading him to start a Bible school catering for believers who are involved in ministry but not able to attend a full time Bible school or seminary.
The School of Ministry in Tamil was started and courses were offered at the Certificate, Diploma and Associate Degree level. Then in 2018 the Bachelors degree in Tamil was offered in partnership with New Creation Theological Academy (Tamil Nadu, India).
In 2021, Logos Academy became affiliated with Dayspring Theological University (Dallas, Texas) and now offers the Certificate in Theological Studies, the Associate in Theological Studies and the Bachelors in Theological Studies both in English and Tamil.

Pastor Arnold Rajan
The founder and principal of Logos Academy Ps. Arnold Rajan gave his life to the Lord
at the age of 23 while still a college student. His desire to serve God full time was birthed at that moment itself.
But he waited for God to impress on him for the right timing. After returning to Malaysia he worked for two years before going into full time ministry as a church worker.
He was involved in teaching the adult Bible class and then as the principal of a church based Bible school. Nine years later he felt the nudging of the Holy Spirit
to pioneer a church and he and his wife Ps. Santhana Arnold, planted their first church in 2000. Both of them are the senior pastors of City Tabernacle KL.
Ps. Arnold Rajan has an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and an Advanced Diploma in Management, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible and Theology, a Bachelor of Theology degree and a Masters degree in Leadership. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Christian Apologetics.
He is also an author and has published several books.

Testimonies
Testimony 1
Logos academy was a place to unlearn things you think you know, or what people have told you that isn’t from the scripture. The lectures here opened my eyes and ears and made us study the Bible and learn the word for ourselves. I now am more careful of how I interpret the word and understand the scripture much better because I’ve been trained to look at the word in proper context. A true academia that allows us to ask difficult questions and have open discussions about our views and opinions without prejudice.
When Jesus was with his disciples, He equipped them for the kingdom; Taught them, trained them, and gave them the confidence to preach the gospel. I experienced that kind of teaching at Logos Academy. They also empower me with encouraging words and always strengthened my weaknesses where necessary.
At Logos, we have bonded with each other and prayed for each other which adds to the togetherness and encouragement the team gives.
Logos Academy is the place to grow and to be rooted in Christ.

Our Beliefs
We Believe.
1. The Holy Bible, both the Old Testament and the New Testament are the written revelation of God to man, every word inspired, the Scriptures are the infallible, and authoritative rule of faith and conduct. (2 Tim 3:16-17; 2 Pet 1:20-21; 1 Cor 2:13; Pro 30:5).
2. The Eternal Godhead, the Creator of all things, who is eternal, immutable, self-existent, who has revealed Himself as One God existing in Three Persons – The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit, distinguishable but indivisible. (Mt 28:19; Deut 6:4; 2 Cor 13:14)..
3. The Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God who came down in the likeness of man, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died and resurrected, and exalted to the right hand of the Father. (Phil 2:5-11; Titus 2:13; 1 Pet 2:22).
4. The Personality and Deity of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Godhead who comes to indwell every believer to testify, teach, lead and guide. (Rom 8:14, 16; Jn 14:26; 16:13).
5. The Creation and the Fall of Man. Man was created in the image of God as a good and upright being, but voluntarily transgressed and fell and has incurred both physical and spiritual death. (Gen 1:26-27; Rom 3:23; 5:12).
6. The Salvation of man through the Atonement of Christ. Salvation, which includes the forgiveness of sins and redemption from eternal judgment is possible only though the shed blood of Christ. The sacrificial death on the cross and the resurrection gives us the only way of Salvation which is received by repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Jn 3:16; Eph 2:8; 1 Jn 1:7-9).
7. The Ordinances of the Church. a. Water Baptism by immersion for those who have repented and believed the Gospel. (Mt 28:19; Mk 16:15; Rom 6:4). b. Holy Communion, consisting of the elements of bread and the fruit of the vine, which symbolically represents the body and the blood of the Lord Jesus and speaks of His death and prophetically of His Second Coming. (1 Cor 11:26; Lk 22:19-20).
8. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit, which is a real experience at or subsequent to Salvation with the common initial manifestation of speaking in tongues. This baptism is an endowment of power to be a witness for the Lord, manifesting the gifts of the Spirit. (Acts 1:8; 8:15-17).
9. The Church, is the Body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Holy Spirit. Every born again believer is a member of this Spiritual Body. (Eph 1:22-23; 1 Cor 3:16).
10. The Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ which is the blessed hope that will bring about the resurrection of the dead saints and the transformation of the living saints. The return of the Lord will be personal and visible. (1 Thess 4:16-17; 1 Cor 15:51-52; Acts 1:11; Titus 2:13).
11. The Millennial Reign of Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ together with His rewarded saints will reign and rule on this earth for a thousand years (the Millennium), during which time Satan will be bound. (Rev 20:1-6).
12. The Final Judgment, in which the wicked dead will be judged and thrown into the lake of fire together with the devil and his angels to everlasting punishment. The righteous will live eternally with God in the New Heavens and the New Earth. (Rev 20:11-15; 21:1-4).
